   Louisiana Sheriffs are proud partners in a new initiative in the war on methamphetamine:  the National Precursor Log Exchange (NPLEx), a multistate electronic tracking program that enforces purchase limitations of decongestant pseudoephedrine or PSE, (a key ingredient in methamphetamine) in real-time at the point of sale.  Find out more.
