Vendor Information

The 2026 LSA Jail Training Conference is scheduled for March 29th thru April 1st at the L’auberge Casino Resort in Lake Charles, LA (www.ldlcasino.com). L’auberge has blocked rooms for us at the rate of $119 for a double or king (check-in time is 4:00 PM). The room rate is subject to a 15.20% sales and accommodations tax. Any additional guests will need to be listed on the reservation or they will be denied access to the guest room. A $20 surcharge will be applied to each third and fourth adult occupying a room. A maximum of four (4) guests are allowed per room. There will be an additional $15.99 plus tax charged as a resort fee. The fee includes Pool and Lazy River Access, Pool Towel Usage, Guestroom WIFI, Fitness Center Access, Bottled Water, In-Room Coffee, HBO, Unlimited Local Calles, Self-Service Business Center, Print Boarding Pass, Overnight Valet Parking, and Turndown Service upon request. The hotel reserves the right to change the Resort Fee and inclusions at any time. Our conference is usually attended by over 90% of the sheriff’s offices in the state as well as several police departments with jail facilities.

Please make plans to join us in Lake Charles for a great time. Room reservations should be made directly with the hotel. Our reservation code is Group SLSA26 and the block expires March 1st. The room block fills up quickly, so make your reservations early. You may reach the hotel by calling 866-580-7444. We can accommodate around 43 vendors, so please reserve your space early. Deadline for vendor booth registration is Friday, March 20th as space is available.

8-foot booth (6 ft table with 1 ft space at each end) will be $625 and 12-ft booth (6 ft table with 3 ft space at each end) will be $725. Electricity provided. Your display must fit within the booth size you select. The booth areas will be marked off and labeled prior to your arrival. We will do our best to separate booths of similar vendors.

As a vendor, you are included in the social events. Your registration fee includes registration and conference identification for two people. Additional registrants are $145 per person with a limit of two (2) additional registrants. The tentative agenda will outline the conference schedule as well as the social events. If you wish to join us this year, please complete and return the enclosed registration form.

If you would like to send us items to put in “ditty bags”, please contact Carissa Toucheque so we do not confuse any items you may be shipping for your booth with items intended for “ditty bags”. Items shipped need to be delivered before April 4th.
